Every now and then a life changing opportunity comes along. I believe HouseJerk is that every now and then opp. You see, I retired with cash flowing rental properties a few years ago. I literally walk away from the traditional 9-5 at the age of 47. I had no network and I had no mentor. All I had was sheer determination and the unyielding desire to banish my life sucking 9-5. Yes, I was blessed to accomplish my goal. But, I realize that I could have had a much easier go of it with a network and a mentor. Believe me, I do not wish the school of hard knocks on anyone. Work smarter, not harder. To your success. OW..
